Ever seen these recently? Always the first dish for Chinese New Year holidays, it requires every member of the table to stand up and toss the food in it while saying some good wishes. The higher you toss, the better your fortune.

Well personally I don't eat it. Some of its stuff kinda look like artificial colouring to me, like those red and green stuff.

Or maybe that's just me with bad taste -_-
