Apparently that's the case.

Starting (or started) from June 16, Astro has launched a new channel in the name Fox Asia, but this ends up omitting the music channel - Channel [V] from its schedule.

So while I might be able to watch some of Fox's awesome shows, I'll miss Channel V, as it was the alternate channel to go when you're not on MTV D:
